A local Pikachu suit-wearer in Spanish River High school had his basic human rights stripped away on April 3rd, 2019 when an officer at the school had him take off the costume. The reason given was that it could not be "proven to be a student." While this is understandable, you can see through the visor on his face. On top of that, I am willing to put my ID on the costume as well. These terms were shut down without a second thought.
To help Pikachu, and all of his fans, sign the petition and follow the Instagram account, @srhs_pikachu, and make a change in the school and, in turn, the world.
We, the undersigned, request permission for Ty Podolak of Spanish River High school to wear his inflatable Pikachu outfit on campus during before school hours (7-7:30 AM), lunch hours (11:30AM-12PM), and after school hours (2:50-6PM).
