In 2007 Microsoft Corporation attacked the free and open source Linux operating system by saying it allegedly violated 235 or so patents, however, Microsoft has failed to release this list of patents to the Linux community so the Linux community can attempt to defend itself by either removal of features or coding around the patents.

Microsoft has also failed to provide substantial evidence that Linux violates these patents at all. Despite this, many companies are paying Microsoft royalties in paranoia. Help put an end to this insanity.

We the Linux users and supporters of the world call upon Microsoft Corporation to release a full list of patents that Linux allegedly violates so Linux may attempt to defend itself.
