In 1999, an unkown orange haired screaming lady hit our charts with the addictive yet scary track "Caught out there".
Not only were we intrigued by the lady, Kelis, herself, but the unusually sparatic beats and off the chain hooks of the Neptunes kept us wanting more. That year, music was born.
Since collaborating on Kaleidoscope, the Neptunes and Kelis have made sweet music in the form of "Wanderland" and a few tracks on "tasty".
In 2004, there were major eruptions at the Star Trak offices and a space between Kelis and The Neptunes grew wider and wider until it got to the point that endless fans were hearing rumours that the two will never create music again...possibly.
Now beofre you start crying, it aint all bad, there is still hope my small children. By signing this petition and sending 1000's of signatures to Star Trak and Jive, we may get The Neps and Kelis to think "hold on a minute, we must create more music to save the world".

We, the undersigned fans of both Kelis and The Neptunes, hereby sign this petition as a mark of respect for the incredible music the two created together. We are deeply saddenned and somewhat terrorised by the fact that Kelis and The Neptunes may not work together again musically.
We ask that Kelis, and the Star Trak Music Team sit down together and reconsider their differences, thus making more sweet music in the future. We hope they realise that without it, us fans will wither away listening to Avril Lavigne.
