Kate has been a member of the Crusier Club Swim Team for aprrox 4 years. Last year, in the 13/14 division she was named our Fillin for the girls 13/14 200 Medly Relay.
This year she has been taken away from us to swim at the YMCA.
By signing this document i state that i will do everything in my power to get Fill-in back from the YMCA to her home, The Crusier Club Swim Team.
