Get EeveeFan Banned From the Chatbox

As you know, most Chao Island users consider EeveeFan an annoyance at best and a nuisance at worst, and yet the moderation team does very little about it and tends to be her white knight.

However, in the way that we got 10 signatures to get Ian Paulson unbanned from the chat, 30 should be enough to show that the active community at large wants Eevee at least temporarily banned from the Chatbox, where she incites most of her chaos.

Examples include telling user ZipoCXG to fuck herself, as well as calling her a bitch, calling user Triert "black scum", telling everyone that they ruined her life and that they have dark souls, and other copious amounts of ridiculous things. Additionally, she has policed people for talking about Pokemon X and Y, which has started multiple arguments, all of which include her mercilessly flaming her targets ranging from racial slurs to gender slurs to plain insults.

Even further, she has outrageously culturally appropriated Irish people and African-American people on multiple occasions and has discriminated against them. Something must be done about this.
