On 8th October my 26yo son was bitten by eastern brown snake in Qld and as result of no anti venom in ambulances, he later died.
Let's please get anti venom into ambulances or if 000 call comes for snake bite and better train paramedics 2 be able treat serious cases straight away or get doctor to them in most severe cases as this appeared 2 be.
Let's not let the almighty dollar stand in the way, and never allow this happen again. Next time it could be you or even a loved one.
We the undersigned call on all health ministers to look into finding a way of getting anti venom into all ambulances and or better train paramedics in use of it. So another life need not be lost because of it.
