Here is an opportunity to inform our Board of Supervisors (BOS) that you support full funding of the Proposed School Board Budget. Before the BOS makes their final decision on March 29, 2007.
It is vital to your children and our community that they know that you deem education and our children's educational opportunities as a high priority for your tax dollars.
Let them know where you stand!
Mr. Chairman and members of the Board of Supervisors,
* I support full funding of the budget submitted by the school board.
* I support a CIP that addresses the growth that is occurring and place a priority on education, especially the needed Southern Elementary School.
* Redistricting and unnecessarily long bus rides are not acceptable solutions.
* The tax rate must realistically meet the needs of the community, and I support an increase of 10 cents this year.
