The cost of garbage disposal in the ocean would be covered. People would not put garbage out of nature for profit. The climate would be spared since there is no more waste incineration.
Poor people would have a higher income because they are exempt from the basic burden of disposal and only those who have to consume a lot of recycle and thus packaging have to pay.

I am in favor of abolishing the garbage fee and introducing taxation on packaging for the following reasons:
