On November 21, Glencolton Farms in Durham Ontario was raided as part of an 18-month investigation by the Ontario Government's Ministry Of Natural Resources triggered by an incident NOT connected to the farm and NOT connected to farm fresh milk.

As a result, this has basically suspended the delivery of farm fresh dairy products from being available to cow share members.

The greater issue is that informed individuals have the right to take the responsibility of where and how they obtain their food products and where they are produced.

Since the provincial law against selling and distributing unpasteurized milk in Ontario has been on the books since 1938, we believe this is antiquated and needs official review immediately.

A PETITION TO THE PARLIAMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF ONTARIO,

We, the undersigned, do hereby request the right to make informed decisions about how, where and by whom our food is grown and produced.

For the provincial Government of Ontario to prohibit the availability of raw dairy products and other unregulated quality farm fresh food products to those of us who take responsibility for our own health and have informed ourselves about how best to do that is a basic violation of our right to health.
