Steven was accused of a crime he didn't commit and was put in jail for 18 years when we finally discovered the evidence that prooved his innocence. Only a few months later, he was accused of murder and rape on Teresa Halbach because when he got out of jail he asked for a lot of money in order to start his life all over again. The police falsified evidence by putting the car of Teresa Halbach in the Avery's property, putting the key in the bedroom of Steven and putting his DNA on it and finally putting Steven's blood in Teresa's car. Bones of Teresa were found 5 meters away from Steven's bedroom. Then detectives manipulated Brendan Dassey who was a 16 year old mentally disable boy by making him confess what they wanted him to. Please sign this petition in order to get a fair trial with a fair result for both of these two innocent people! The real murderer of Teresa Halbach is still running the streets of Manitowoc while Steven and Brendan are fighting for the truth in prison. Justice must be finally done.
