پیمان چالاکی برای گذرندان حکم حبس چهارساله خود راهی زندان اوین شد.
بنا به گزارش میزان خبر،دوشنبه ششم شهریورپیمان چالاکی , فعال سیاسی دانشجویی که در دوران انتخابات ۸۸ از مسوولین ستاد مهندس موسوی در شهر ساوه بود در دیماه ۸۸ به همراه همسرش سمیه عالی نسب و دختر خردسالش در منزل بازداشت شد و مانای سه ساله، بعد از چند ساعت به یکی از دوستان پدر و مادرش تحویل داده شد تا او را به فامیلش در تهران بسپارد.
پیمان چالاکی در دادگاه بدوی به چهار سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد و این حکم نیز عینا در دادگاه تجدید نظر به تائید رسید و به دنبال احضاریه‌ای که در روزهای قبل از عید فطر دریافت کرده بود صبح دیروز برای گذراندن حکم چهارساله زندان خود به اوین مراجه نموده و محبوس شد.
Payman Chalaki, labor activist and the former secretary of the Islamic Student Association of Saveh Azad University along with his wife, Somayeh Alamipasand, former member of the Islamic Participation Front and their four year old daughter have been arrested on January 17th at their home in Sari by agents from the Ministry of Intelligence and transferred to Tehran.
Political- student activist and Peyman Chalaki’s wife , Somayeh Alamipasand, was released on recognizance after 5 months imprisonment, but Peyman is still in Prison.
1- We the undersigned demand the immediate and unconditional release of Peyman chalaki.
2- We demand the prison authorities, all government forces, agents, police, and basij to stop the inhumane torture of Iranian citizens in prison in Iran!
