The evidence that have to support my petition is the fact that maryland state police system have a man incarcerated when he's completely innocent.
The man they have in jail bernard ruffin is not the type of person they are putting him up to be. This man have been working to save up to put himself up in house to provide for his girlfriend of five years and unborn child.
I'm asking you to sign this petition in good faith towards Bernard's case.
Bernard's case is different because in this case he's being charged for something that some one else did and they know who did the crime and they have no proof that Bernard did the crime but still making him sit in jail also adding more charges to the case. He has told them plenty of times what he knows but they believe its false.
They have read statements saying that he wasn't the one that did the crime also ran many testes to discover proof that he did it they have still failed to prove him guilty and or hold him until trial.
