Frank Ryan Mangrum has messaged, harassed, and threatened so many girls over the past few years, and he's still doing it. In the past he was just a cyber creep, but now he's taking it to the next level and harassing and threatening people in person too. Help us put an end to this!
Girls of the Lowcountry are sick and tired of being harassed and threatened by Frank. He has instilled fear into so many girls in the area and we are sick and tired of it and we will not rest until police do something about this predator in our community.
