Fort Hood shooting was a terrorist act

This is against the view that the Fort Hood shooting was workplace violence. We petitioners say "the fort hood act by Army Maj. Nidal Hasan was terrorism and the 200+ thousand he's been paid since the killings should be paid back to the usa or taken from him at least.

Hasan, 42, faces the death penalty or life without parole if convicted of 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder in the 2009 attack at the Army post in Texas.
