Casey Heynes, a pupil at Chifley College Dunheved Campus, was bullied for months (in some reports his entire life) by these kids and in all that time he just took it but this last time it was just too much. Heynes and the bully in the video are reported to have been suspended.
This petition is to support the rights of Casey and others like him to defend themselves and their dignity against the physical assaults of others without reprisal.
We the undersigned, call upon the NSW Education Minister, The Hon. Verity Helen Firth and the Principal of Chifley College Dunheved Campus,Timothy Jones, to retract the suspension of Casey Heynes with no mark on his permanent record.
We the undersigned also call for the punishment and suspension of ALL other individuals involved in the assault on Casey which took place on the
14-03-11 at Chifley College Dunheved Campus.
