For Grandparents Rights in State of Florida

I am the grandmother of beautiful 16 month old baby girl whom we have have had to get DCF in Jacksonville Florida involved multiple times and every time the ball has been dropped. A poor innocent being never asking to be born into a world of babies for parents and into the corrupt world they are subjecting her to. The fact that my fiancé and I have watched what her mother has been subjecting her too, leaving her with multiple people while she goes and takes drugs and partying, let alone the heartbreaking, unrelentless and ongoing occurrences she put us through while dangling this poor child as a carrot over our heads. The fact she has a father and my own son who not only has no care but has let us go through so much heart ache simply because he can't be bothered not to mention thousands of dollars on mostly the baby with no regards and no thank you from either of them. My granddaughter deserves a chance in this life and the fact that I get told, "Grandparents have no rights in State of Florida", absolutely disgust me when, in more cases than not, it is grandparents who end up raising their grandchildren in the end. Especially after the children have been subjected to so much that they are affected emotionally, mentally, and physically! Let's stand up for our grand babies and let our voices be heard! I for one can't fathom the thought of my granddaughter becoming another statistic in this god for saken society!
