The properties 505, 507 and 509 St Kilda St, Elwwod have flooded regularly over the last 7 years.
Whilst at times the high tide has contributed to the flooding at other times the poor drainage has been the issue.
The drains are 40 or so meters in either direction away from the above 3 properties also the lay the road and gutter mean water pools in front of the 3 properties.
We the undersigned are asking to install a drain in the front of the 505, 507 and 509 St Kilda St.
