Leaver's, we all hate em'.. well it's quite easy to toughen down on them, but have blizzard been doing anything to actually do that?

Sign this petition, to tell blizzard that there are multiple ways to shut down leavers.
which are 10x more annoying then Throwers.. and or smurf's.
1st game:
My team: Pushed payload to the end
My team: player leaves
Their team: Gets it to the end,
Their team: wins.
Honestly there are multiple ways for blizzard to actually fix a major problem in their games, unfortunently they aren't, overwatch has been one of my favorite games for quite a while now, and to see The developers over at blizzard not actually doing anything to crack down on leavers, Yeah...it's kind of rough,
Sign this petition To tell The developer's and corporate head's of overwatch to actually crack down on Leavers..
And honestly it's not even that hard.
Look at csgo's system,
Exclude the right to kick a player. but just look at the Leaving system, if you leave a game you will receive a 7-day ban, which is usaully well deserved, However if you choose to stay you are rewarded with drops at the end of the match.. and actual decent drops.
This has been in csgo since the begining of it's Competitive based season. and yeah overwatch has not even looked at the system.
