On or about Wednesday, August 23, 2017 many Facebook users noticed that comments that they posted to Facebook threads were being duplicated, through no action of their own. At first it was just an annoying distraction but now some users are being warned by Facebook that they are spamming! As consumers, (or product being farmed out to generate advertising revenue) we would like an explanation of what is happening and how we can avoid being threatened by Facebook for a malfunction that is none of our doing.
The people who frequent Facebook would like to be addressed by Facebook. We would like to know what is happening that is making our posts spontaneously duplicate themselves. We would like to know what actions we can take to avoid triggering this malfunction. We would like for Facebook to stop sending us warnings about our services being curtailed or revoked, for a glitch that is of Facebook's own making. We would like for this malfunction to be repaired and we would like to be notified of how long they expect the repair to take.
