Bullying is hurtful behavior,which is repeated over a period of time. It can happen at school inside or outside.
Bullying can also take place online.
Sometimes called cyberbullying, it can happen through social networking websites or on mobile phones. It can occur 24 hours a day, seven days a week, a child can feel there is nowhere to escape
As a parent of a child who has been bullied i want the parents of the bullies to be held fully responsible. If their child has been proven to be bullying another child i want them to be fined £100 for their bullying child which should be paid within 6 weeks.
If the bullying continues they should receive a negative point against their name.If they receive 3 negative points then the parent of the child who bullies should be charged with neglect!
A child is a product of their environment and innocent children should not be the victims of bullying because of other peoples lack of parenting!
