I'm living in a block of flats and I rent this flat from the private landlord and dealing with a landlords agent. The whole street is managed by management agency. I had to take on a small dog who's my sister's dog as she's very ill and very likely will die. This dog is beloved dog in her family and also mine now. My sister's will is to take care of the dog when she passes away. Her will means everything to me.Since this dog been living with us ,it has helped me to cope with my depression and also my daughter's.
The management company has asked me to remove this dog immediately or the landlord will be charged. My landlord has no problems for me to keep the dog...On this street in other flats and houses are lot of dog's,cats and other animals...We have asked the management company why they let other people to keep their pets but mine has to go, they have replied that if the property is councils or rented directly from the management company they are allowed to keep the pets but as I live in a private property I can't have a pet. I can't see where is the difference as we all pay the same fees and follow the same rules...it's a bullying and discrimination.
Me and my family are asking people to sign this petition as it is not fair for a management company to let have a pets for a council or directly rented from the management company but flats owned privately on the same street can't have a pet. By signing this petition you would help us to keep beloved dog and not breaking a heart to a little girl and not putting a dog in a stress by being separated from the family.
