The pensioners of Australia are the most undervalued members of our society.
In a country of such wealth to ask our pensioners to survive on $273 per week is a disgrace and must be changed immediately.
We, the undersigned, call on Kevin Rudd and the Federal Government to act immediately to increase all pensions considerably and preferably to at least 1/3 of the average weekly wage.
