Fireworks Spectacular, also known as Jakes Fireworks is a very unsafe environment for workers, surrounding businesses and homes.
Three workers were killed due to Thursday August 18, 2005 explosion at Fireworks Spectacular in Crestline, Kansas. 10 months and 13 days after the first incident another man from the same company was injured in Independence, Kansas.
Accidents happen, but do they happen twice? Fireworks Spectacular has harmed several lives and safety guidelines should be strictly enforced before more workers are injured or killed.
Please sign this petition if you agree Fireworks Spectacular's safety practices should be reviewed and strictly enforced by proper authorities.
