End The Death Penalty

We, Life, Independence, Freedom,and Equality (L.I.F.E.) Rights International, have for mission to preserve and protect human lives as stated in the Bible and the International Human Rights Instruments.

Exodus 20:13 reads "you shall not murder".

Article 6.1 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights states "Every human being has the inherent right to life. This right shall be protected by law. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life".

The Right to life can also be found in Article 3 of the United Nations' Universal Declaration of human Rights. This makes it a legally enforceable right in every United Nations State, including the U.S. However, Capital Punishment is still being used in many states of the UN, notably in the U.S.

Every human being has an essential right to live and not to be killed by another human being. Two wrongs don't make a right. There are other remedies for deterring crimes.
