We, the residents of Edward Street in Baldwin, would like to emphasize to Kate Murray and the Town of Hempstead our utter disgust in their performance. The street next to ours, which was in better condition than ours, is being repaved while nothing happens to ours.
It has become a burden to the residents and our children who fall and hurt themselves as a result of the potholes.
Our vehicles have experienced tire damage as well as rim damage which is not a cheap fix. We will not be voting to re-elect Kate Murray if this problem isn't fixed.
We, the undersigned, call on Kate Murray and The Town of Hempstead to finally repave our street.
