What’s it all about?

The Earth Statute is intended to bring awareness to a new law that is being applied, with representation across the globe. This will bring a balanced format to the way we and industry work together in respect to the Earth as our universal companion. As a gatekeeper of law, it will truly redefine current standards.

The Law and what this mean's

‘Respect for the other is an absolute truth’

Currently defined as a universal truth, it is our highest point of perceived reason; it is also a Divine law, Natural law and a Positive law. It is also defined as the basis of truth and the defining of truth.
As Law is our highest point and reasoned construct of ‘words’, the new law will be implied as a benchmark of statute law.

Why

As simple as it sounds, the law currently does not hold this as statute; meaning it does not regard by right an absolute.
The basis of reasoning law is currently inadequate as it does not imply the absolute which is mainly due to historical factors, but the Law now be made apparent to define such adequately and bring a solid foundation to the way law is written.
This new law will also ensure a balanced view to reasoned actions in courts when considering Earth; being defined as our universal other.
