Eaglehawk, Vic - Skatepark Upgrade!

The Eaglehawk Skatepark is a well known park Victoria. I believe it becomes an attraction for people from all over Australia coming down to Skate, Scoot and you get the Blades and Quads there too!

But I do think it might be time for the park to receive a little love after being created in 2008.

1. The park is partially lit up at night time from the street lights in the car park, to me a half lit up park is more dangerous than one without lights and something needs to be done as soon as possible.

2. The bowl has had ground water rising through the cracks since **2017** with a write up in the Bendigo advertiser but nothing was done to fix it. Link ---> https://www.bendigoadvertiser.com.au/story/4447076/skating-on-thin-ice-pictures-video/

3. Those wooden planks near the undercover seats, they are warped/old and have huge cracks that Inline blade wheels get stuck in if you roll the wrong way, The bolts that hold them down are also the most common Allen key that almost every person has when they are at the park so half the time they end up thrown in the bottom of the bowl.

This park needs lights for night time use - there are already cameras in place for everyone's protection!
