The ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) in hand with the Australian TIO (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman) offer resources and conduct investigations based on consumer complaints and consumer reporting.
This petition is designed to highlight the dissatisfaction of customers in dealing with and the services provided by: Dodo Services Pty Ltd ABN:33 158 289 331.

This petition is specifically requesting signatures from those people who have made their dissatisfaction known to Dodo and have not received the 'excellent customer service' that is 'sold' as part of their product / product support.
The goal of this petition is to bring to the ACCC and the TIO the volumes of customers that have in the past or are currently experiencing less than 'excellent customer service' that was promised to them as part of signing with Dodo as a service provider.
I have NOT experienced 'excellent customer service' while Dodo Services Pty Ltd ABN: 33 158 289 331 has been my service provider.
I am dissatisfied with the handling of complaints and feel that I have not been awarded with the quality of service I was promised as part of my making Dodo Services Pty Ltd my provider.
I feel that Dodo Services Pty Ltd requires a full transparent audit by the ACCC and the TIO to determine the levels of failings of the company.
I feel that Dodo has not provided me with a quality of service I have paid for and am requesting financial reimbursement.
