Homeowners association was developed to ensure that all property sites were sold by the original owner. All property has been sold to date. There is not a reason to have an association, as there is not a cause or reasoning for it. Home owners wish to have the county take over the roads and have them paved and cared for by the county. There is no longer a cause to continue with the association. Current board members have created disputes among home owners, and such behavior is not needed or wanted. Target is to protect our own civil rights.
We, the undersigned call on home owners to eliminate the Home Owners Association of Little Pond, Rockport Texas. We agree that there is no cause or reason to continue with this committee. We, the home owners wish to have the county take over the roads of Little Pond, and will assume responsibility for this action being taken.
