Your Excellency,
It is upon the request of the public to ask that you exercise your reserve powers to dismiss the Prime Minister of New Zealand, The Right Honourable Prime Minister John Key.
We call for the Prime Minister's removal from all political duties as Prime Minister, and his role as Minister for National Security and Intelligence.
We also ask that Prime Minister John Key be removed from holding any portfolios and/or duties that Prime Minister John Key may have or be responsible for in any form.
Your Excellency,
We, the undersigned, call for our inalienable right in your taking immediate action for dismissal of Prime Minister John Key under your reserve powers. Grounds for the dismissal of Prime Minister John Key are;
1. Breach of Oath of Allegiance,
2. Abuse of political powers as Prime Minister,
3. Failure to hold himself accountable for any and all unacceptable actions of misleading other political parties and the public of New Zealand,
4. Refusal to accept/acknowledge any petitions brought forward by other political parties on behalf of the New Zealand public, in regards against new law changes in New Zealand,
5. Refusal to release information with direct concern to other political parties and the public of New Zealand, either through the Official Information Act, as has been requested by both other political parties and numerous members of public alike, or refusing to release such requested information through the mainstream media within New Zealand,
6. Upon removal of Prime Minister John Key, he is not to be entitled to receiving any pension from the New Zealand Government,
7. Nor is the outgoing Prime Minister John Key to be entitled to any further benefits of political entitlements in any form, including shares/trusts of any form, from the New Zealand Government, regardless of whether the outgoing Prime Minister John Key resides in New Zealand or not,
8. The outgoing Prime Minister John Key will be stripped of any and all political titles with regards to political connections of entitlement.
It is with serious regard Your Excellency, that this petition against Prime Minister John Key be taken seriously, and acted upon immediately in respect of the rights to democracy to the people of New Zealand in making such a call for action, in the face of political disgrace as has been conducted by Prime Minister John Key. Such unacceptable behaviours by a high ranking representative of New Zealand is no longer to be tolerated or reasonable to the people of New Zealand.
