We are using an app that is very buggy and isn't very reliable however if we use discord we can avoid all the issues since discord is a a company based on communication it's only goal is to allow people to communicate.
Some examples of these bugs are:
-Microsoft have servers that are very unresponsive.
-Microsoft team's interface is not user friendly and most people who are not tech savvy will have a hard time dealing with the UI.
-Discord's servers are made for easy connections and discord have servers all over the world.
-Discord is made to be easy to use and have an easy to use UI.
