Too many people think it is okay to use Disabled parking bays to access ATM's, then when challenged hurl abuse.
These bays are for the disabled, not cash points.
We the undersigned call on the Banks to remove their ATM's from near Disabled parking bays, as too many people use them for accessing them, resulting in abuse and sometimes assault.
