Gulf Communities Agreement for Century Mine Project in NW QLD was one of the first Mining Agreements in Australia which included 4 Native Title groups, Company Owners of Century Mine Project and QLD State Government. Now with Closure and Rehabilitation there has been very limited conversation with Native Title groups in closing off Schedules to this Agreement. what is an Agreement if it's not going to be honoured by ALL PARTIES.
