"Digital rights and responsibilities are the privileges and freedom extended to all digital technology users, and the behavioral expectations that come with them." (Ribble & Bailey, 2007).
Internet access is extremely regulated in countries under communist party rule - North Korea, Vietnam, China and Cuba. Only a small portion of the population has access to the digital world.
We, the undersigned, call on all communist ruled countries to grant their citizens digital rights and responsibilities, and freedom of speech and limited internet restrictions.
