Detroit Black Music Awards 2019

This year Detroit Black Music Awards is opening up its nominations to all entertainers past and present. In years past, entertainers that won the coveted trophy could not compete again in the category they won in. But this years is different. From this point on, everyone can now compete over, and over again. The competition is stiff, and tough. You certainly will have to step up your game every year. We would like to know if past winners should be able to compete again?
