Due to the emergency created by the Covid-19 virus and the curtailment or shutdown of many businesses temporary relief is needed to help small business owners and their workers. By delaying state tax collections 90 days will provide businesses some modest relief to assist them in staying in business and employing people. All of which is critical to the long term health of the Maine economy and way of life. Paid for and authorized by the Joe Baldacci for State Senate committee, Eugene M.Sullivan, Treasurer.
