The Cross Keys crossroads is a busy intersection and traffic-flows cross each other even though there is no clear view because of other vehicles stationery awaiting a chance to turn right.
When traffic lights are u/s traffic-flow is evened out so we want either filter-lights or a re-sequencing to prevent near-misses and accidents.
We, the undersigned, concerned that the level of traffic at the "Cross Keys" junction needs to be regulated to prevent vehicles that are turning right having their view obscured by on-coming traffic, request that filter-lights be added to each set of traffic-lights at this junction; OR that the existing four sets of traffic-lights be re-sequenced so that only traffic on one each of the four approach-roads has access to negotiate the junction in turn but not together.
