Proposed rezoning from Office & Institutional (O&I) to Community Retail Commercial (CRC) (Case #Z2017-29) for 223, 227, 231, 237 Crescent Circle SW & 84 S Marietta Parkway in Marietta, GA to be rezoned in order to construct a 2-story 14,000 sq. ft Cross-fit Fitness Center. The proposed facility would require 70 parking spaces; the site only plans on 41 spaces with a special variance to reduce the required amount.
We, the under signed property owners within a one-mile radius of the area described below, hereby file a protest to the City of Marietta Department of Development Services against the proposed rezoning from Office & Institutional (O&I) to Community Retail Commercial (CRC) (Case #Z2017-29).
