The exchange should not have taken place for residential if the gun range were not planning on having posted hours unlike every other gun range near residential communities consisting of times starting from 9 am to 8 pm. This would be more sufficient and livable for the residents living "in war" on Sciota Rd.
We the residents of Sciota Rd. petition the Sciota Shooting Range to have posted hours from 9 am to 8 pm instead of the existing rule of dusk til dawn.
