As you are aware of, West Nile virus season is upon us again and we are concerned of the possible breeding areas in our city.
This petition is to ask the city to install culvert pipes and cover the ditches along Trebisky Road because of the dangers of standing water in these ditches being a breeding area for mosquitos.
