The recent passing of a much loved Sea Cliff resident, Walter Glinin, has sparked friends and local residents to install a permanent memorial in the form a street sign at the corner of 12th Avenue and Central and/or 12th Avenue and Prospect Avenue.
We, the undersigned, friends, family and neighbors of Walter Glinin, petition the Village of Sea Cliff to erect a sign at the corner of 12th Avenue and Central and/or 12th Avenue and Prospect Avenue as a memorial street sign called "Cookie's Way". Please sign this petition, so that we can dedicate the street where he grew up to Walter Glinin, our beloved "Cookie".
