Orange County Jails. You here of a lot of things that go on within the four walls jails, especially in the Orange County ones. Visitation is just that, the inmates are being seen by there family, friends and loved ones, not to be made of shame... visitation is seen within a monitored video camera, both voice and picture. So why is it needed to chain the inmates up from hands, waist and legs? It makes it very uncomfortable for the inmates and the visitors to feel comfortable.
The thing is when you visit you can't touch them, kiss them or nothing. My point is when you chain a dog up you get in trouble by the law and will be punished. Chaining up humans seems to be inhumane and unconstitutional durign a video visit.
Lifting spirits of the family is not helped in a hall with a chair in front of cameras and recorded phone conversations. STOP THE CHAINS.
