There are no entries into "The Crossings" Shopping Center located at the corner of HWY 288 and 518 from the new access road. With new construction of an access road, people will have to drive one mile north and one mile south just to gain access to the "The Crossings" Shopping Center from Smith Ranch Road.
Since construction has started, there has been a drastic drop in traffic flow from 518. Construction has eliminated the first entry from 518 off of HWY 288 by building a median, forcing people to wait through several lights at Smith Ranch Road intersection just to get into "The Crossings" Shopping Center.
There are 7 entry points along Smith Ranch Road however 3 of them go directly into the back of buildings and one goes directly to a banking parking lot. Smith Ranch Road is a very narrow un-lit road that will prove to be even more difficult than it was prior to construction.
We, the undersigned, call on the Management and Owner of "The Crossings" Shopping Center to install entry drive into "The Crossings" Shopping Center from the newly constructed access road headed north from 518 at the most suitable location possible.
