Concerned neighbors in the vicinity of SW 99 ST and SW 98 ST.

The applicant is requesting a zone change from a modified estate district to a modified apartment district.

We are concerned neighbors who live on or in the vicinity of SW 99 ST and SW 98 ST. SW 99 St is a very narrow one lane street that can not tolerate much traffic. SW 98 ST is inundated with the overflow of traffic cutting through from US1 to 104 ST into Kendall.

SW 99 ST is already a full populated street with one large condominium complex offices that back up into a trucking company, an office building without adequate parking that is currently encroaching on to SW 99 ST, and housing on both sides of the street.

We petition for the building of single family homes only to preserve what is left of this neighborhood.
