(We) Homeowner's, renter's, and visitor's of the Crow's Nest petition the HOA to provide a safe environment to the home owner's of the Crow's Nest located off Davenport Rd., Davenport, Fl. 33837.
Homeowner Associations ("HOAs") are intended to operate in the community's best interest, making the community a more pleasant place to live while also maintaining property values and providing safety. We the homeowner's no not wish to hinder rather help to achieve our community goals. A common dispute includes;
• enforcement of community safety regarding locking gates at dusk.
• We the homeowners take pride in our little community appearances. Therefore, we the people would like lots cut and kept clean along with trimming of dead trees and branches that affect "The Crow's Nest".
We, the undersigned, call on the Homeowner's Association of "Crow's Nest Association, Inc." to take action to provide a healthy environment and safety regarding the gates being locked at Dusk. Also the common areas should be kept clean of debris.
