Commercial Transportation Federal Retirement Fund

This is a petition for every natural born US commercial drivers who drive a commercial motor vehicle for a living. This is to request that Commercial motor vehicle drivers should be entitled to a federal retirement pension fund. This federal pension retirement fund should be prorated from the time that an individual first started driving a commercial motor vehicle for a living.
(Example if an individual started driving in 1998 then this will be the prorated date.)
This would apply to company drivers and owner operators.
I myself have drove a commercial motor vehicle starting in 1998. I have drove for several companies until recently I became an owner operator. I have drove a commercial motor vehicle for 19 years and still driving.
All of you Commercial motor vehicle drivers know that we have to follow federal laws that are written in the federal motor carriers safety rules and regulations.
I believe that seem how commercial motor vehicle drivers have to follow all these federal rules, regulations, and laws then we should be entitled to a federal retirement fund.
(Example: If the us congressman; congresswoman, us senator and everyone else in the government office can get federal retirement then commercial motor vehicle drivers should also receive a federal retirement.)
This federal retirement fund will be separate from social security.
