Did you know that the law does not recognise a cohabiting couple?
I have been with my partner for many years. And we are now separating. I gave up everything to live with them. I have nothing. But I can't do anything about it because the law says I am not entitled to anything.
This petition is to ask parliament to change the law so that both partners get a fair deal. PLEASE PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION .
We the undersigned ask parliament to pass the cohabitation law to recognise and make legal a cohabiting couple, to give both partners equal shares in property contents, or offer financial compensation.
