We are the non-partisan Cobb Citizens for Election Integrity, an organized community action group dedicated to the preservation of Honest, Fair, and Transparent Elections, and hereby demand that our Cobb County Board of Commissioners “Eliminate the Dominion software” now in favor of Paper Ballots for the November General Elections. In addition to the Dominion software, we need to ditch the associated software loaded on those machines and any software loaded on the Dell Machines used for processing ballots.
Our concerns regarding the use of the Dominion Tabulators and QR codes are well-founded in O.C.G.A. § 21-2-2(7.1); O.C.G.A. § 21-2-300(a) Curling v. Raffensperger, 493 F. Supp3d 1264, 1309 (2020). And including the Halderman Report & CISA Report
Georgia Election Law requires that an elector must be able to legibly read and know with certainty that his ballot has been properly marked to reflect an affirmative vote for each candidate of choice. The Secretary of State relies exclusively on the QR Codes generated by the Dominion Voting System, which is a scanning system that does not access nor read the printed names of the candidates selected by the Elector. Additional evidence has determined that the Dominion Tabulators are compromised and may not accurately produce cast votes to be certified in an election.
All Dominion machines and associated software and any software loaded on the Dell Machines must be revoked and removed to ensure election accuracy and integrity. (County Commissioners Authority O.C.G.A. 21-2-366)

My ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE herein confirms that, as citizen, registered voter, taxpayer, and American Patriot, I am hereby demanding that the Cobb County Board of Commissioners immediately enforce the Georgia Election Code by removing the Dominion Voting Machines and replacing them with hand-marked paper ballots for all future elections, in other words, to "Ditch Dominion." The Board of Commissioner’s inaction will result in a lower November General Election turn-out because Electors do not trust the Dominion “Ballot Marking Devices”. The Dominion Voting Systems fails to fulfill the law’s requirement for voter ballot verification. Unverifiable ballots deprive citizens of the right to full participation in our self-governed Electoral Process.
