Due to the recent spread of COVID-19, all school activities in and off campus have been suspended or cancelled. However, in order to efficiently stop the spread of disease small groups of kids shouldn’t be targeted and instead Carson City schools should be cancelled. It is unfair for groups of 100 kids cannot meet up to practice or perform when over 2,000 students are at school every day. This only increases the risk for disease.
We, the undersigned, call on the Carson City School District to suspend classes until further notice.
