There are only 2 streams in Kolonia (Seidonokawa and Daini stream), and the conditions of these 2 streams have deteriorated to a point of health hazard to the people living within these communities.
Seidonokawa is about less than a mile in lenght stretching from Palm Terrace area in section 1 to Pohnlik area in section 3. Daini is about the same lenght stretching from PICS area in section 7 down to Deweneu area in section 5.
The conditions of these streams are so serious that it is unsafe for anyone to eneter these waters.
We, the undersigned, call on the Kolonia Town 8th Council to develop a mechanism to safeguard and promote the health and all conditions relating to the well being of these bodies of water.
